IRIS Software acquires Paycheck Plus - Ireland’s top payroll services provider

The Slough-based IRIS Software Group, one of the UK's largest software firms, has made a significant acquisition buying up the Irish payroll company Paycheck Plus.

With clients across Ireland, Britain, Europe and the USA, Paycheck having quickly become more than just Ireland’s premier payroll services provider. With their extensive range of payroll outsourcing services, the company were an attractive proposition to IRIS.

Anne Reilly, CEO and founder of Drogheda-based Paycheck Plus said this about the acquisition: “Since 2005, our mission has been to help our clients be their best by ensuring their payroll function is outstanding. I am incredibly proud to lead Paycheck Plus into its next stage of growth and I know IRIS is an incredibly safe pair of hands for both our customers and colleagues.”
