IBB Law LLP is delighted to announce the promotion of Shital Mehta and Mithun Rabheru from within its existing team.
The firm is one of the largest real estate teams in the South East and provides expertise in all aspects of residential, commercial property and construction law with specialists in restrictive covenants, dilapidations, cladding issues, and general property disputes. These promotions further strengthen and support the company growth strategy.
Shital will become an equity partner, a move that reflects her significant contribution to the growth and the reputation of IBB’s Real Estate team.
Shital leads IBB’s New Homes division a team that she has grown to one of the largest specialist teams in the region. Shital joined IBB Law in 2002 and has been a partner since 2016.
Mithun Rabheru will become a Partner in the Residential Development Team. Highly regarded in the residential development sector and the team, Mithun is steadily strengthening his trusted advisor status with a number of high-profile blue-chip clients.
When asked about his promotions Mr. Rabheru commented: “IBB is a fantastic firm and I believe that becoming Partner is a tremendous achievement. It is my honour to join such a great partnership which is in recognition of my contributions to the firm and the property sector. I am very much looking forward to developing the Property Group and the firm as a whole, and to contributing towards the firm’s continuing success."
