The Business Magazine asked the CEOs and leaders of the Thames Valley SME 100 Growth index which celebrates the region’s high-growth small and medium-sized enterprises, to share their experience of managing a company in 2021. We asked Dominic Phillips, CEO of Datum Datacentres, the following three questions:
Datum Datacentres was listed at number 45, among the top 50 companies on The Business Magazine’s Thames Valley SME100 Growth index this year. The Farnborough-based data management company had a turnover of 4.6%, which is 3.8% higher than the previous year.
Dominic Phillips: Signing new deals, raising more finance and building capacity in a period of such uncertainty.
Dominic Phillips: Keeping the business growing at 20% and seeing both the team and clients react so positively to the challenges posed by the pandemic.
Dominic Phillips: Grow through the pandemic, make the relationships between the team and the clients even stronger, and secure the future of the business by driving up profit.
