At this year’s Thames Valley Tech and Innovation Awards, we’re looking to present one of the region’s leading organisations with the Diversity in Tech Impact Award. 

In a rapidly evolving tech landscape where innovation is key to staying competitive, embracing diversity isn't just the right thing to do—it's a strategic imperative that drives success and progress. 

Our independent judges will be looking at nominees’ overall impact in promoting diversity and inclusion within the tech industry. Both internal efforts within the organisation and external contributions to the broader tech community will be considered.
