toob brings broadband to thousands more homes in Hampshire and Sussex
Portsmouth-based broadband provider toob has expanded its reach across the South Coast, serving new locations in both Hampshire and Sussex.
The company has invested £8m into building its own infrastructure in Waterlooville near Portsmouth, connecting up 20,000 new homes and businesses.
It’s also gained a presence in Chichester and Bognor Regis thanks to a partnership with CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent full-fibre platform.

toob differs from other traditional providers in that it runs fibre optic cables directly into homes, providing a faster and more reliable connection.
Having secured £300m funding in 2023, the company has grown its network in other locations throughout Hampshire and Sussex, as well as in Dorset, Surrey and Berkshire.
CEO Nick Parbutt said: “We’re delighted that our network is expanding to Waterlooville, and that we’re able to offer our full-fibre broadband service to Chichester and Bognor Regis
“toob has been built on our belief that access to fast, reliable broadband at an affordable price is a necessity in today’s increasingly digital world.”
