South East business leaders feature in E2E’s Tech 100 list

E2E, in association with The Independent and in partnership with IWG plc as the strategic founding partner, has released its Tech 100 list, which features the 100 fastest-growing tech companies of the past two yeas with a turnover or more than £10 million.

The data, gathered by Experian and Go Live Data, features business leaders from a range of different sectors, with the South East well represented in the list.

The E2E Tech 100 is one of six league tables which make up the wider E2E 100. Each celebratory launch dinner will be held at the Houses of Parliament and House of Lords.

Shalini Khemka CBE, founder of E2E said: “To see so many extraordinary tech entrepreneurs in the top 100 from a host of innovative sectors is a testament to the amazing work the UK tech industry is achieving. Each and every person on this list should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved and will continue to achieve in the years to come.”

Michael Ord – Chemring Countermeasures – #31

Based in Romsey, Hampshire, technology company Chemring designs manufactures and supplies high-technology sensors, information, countermeasures and solutions to protect people, platforms, mission and information. The group has achieved turnover growth of 127 per cent in the past two years.

Sean Taylor – Content Guru - #63

Bracknell-based Content Guru provides cloud-based customer experience and contact centre applications to more than 1,000 large enterprises and government organisations including the NHS. It has seen turnover growth of 70 per cent in the past two years.

Nick Wilson – System C Healthcare - #65

System C Healthcare, based in Maidstone, Kent, supplies health information technology systems and services, employing around 525 staff and achieving turnover growth of 69 per cent in the past two years.

William Saville – Unily Group - #72

Godalming, Surrey-based software company Unily Group runs an employee experience platform which allows business to communicate, collaborate and innovate across a number of different use cases including internal communications and knowledge management. The group has reported 63 per cent growth in the past two years.

Marco Costa - Exclaimer - #75

Exclaimer is a Farnborough-based tech company which provides solutions for managing signatures on company emails with the aim of promoting a business’ brand, working with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Microsoft Exchange. Exclaimer reports two year turnover growth of 61 per cent.

Mark Sears – Cloudfactory - #78

CloudFactory, based in Reading, helps companies create computer vision, NLP and machine learning models, integrating people and technology. Its use cases include aerial and geospatial image data processing, autonomous vehicle development and financial services. The company has reported two year turnover growth of 59 per cent.

Elona Mortimer-Zhika – IRIS Group - #80

Slough-based IRIS aids organisations in making business decisions by developing integrated software solutions to minimise administration and improve the efficiency of business processes. It boasts more than 100,000 customers in 135 countries and reported 57 per cent growth across the past two years.

Darren Thomas – Aker Systems - #85

Aker Systems is a Bicester-based company which builds and operates data infrastructure platforms in the public cloud for businesses. The company has achieved 53 per cent growth in the past two years.

Pete Samuels – Supermassive Games - #86

Guildford-based games company Supermassive Games has released a number of high-profile choose your own adventure style horror games including PS4 hit Until Dawn, the Dark Pictures Anthology and The Quarry. The company has achieved 53 per cent growth in the past two years.

Kurt Demeuleneere – Bybox Holdings - #95

Bybox Holdings is a Slough-based company which helps companies with field service, delving intelligence visibility and security for inventory in the field. The company has reported two year growth rate of 48 per cent.

Sat Sanghera – IP Integration - #100

Reading-based IP integrations develops, implements and supports business communications solutions across voice data and systems. The company has achieved a two-year growth rate of 45 per cent.

The awards will take place on 13th July at Reading FC Conference & Events, Select Car Leasing Stadium, Reading. The cream of talent among the entrepreneurs from start and scale-ups, leaders from SME’s, VC’s as well as policymakers in the region will be in attendance on the night and always combine to make this a must-attend event.
