Since its inception in March 2019, multi-award-winning Aspire4Business Academy has seen phenomenal business growth in 2020.

Beverley Poole, CEO, said: “I was fortunate enough to have online learning experience, having worked with one of the first multi-media companies in the UK in the 90s. I decided to bring this experience, education and blended learning techniques to a business model and the idea of Aspire4business Academy was born.”

Poole went on to say: “The original business plan offered specialists and trainers a whole new way to collaborate and develop business reach by hosting their skills as eLearning on the Academy platform."

She added: “During my networking events and business breakfasts, it was clear from presentations I was hearing, that I had to come up with a way to enable entrepreneurial people to share their incredible knowledge.”

Hosting business training rooms and schools at a fraction of the cost of many of the DIY platforms, Academy has onboarded 65 new pieces of work this year alone.

Following significant investment, Poole developed the new and popular 'Membership platform' to enable a different way for Academy clients to develop their business with monthly programmes. Clients also have access to a Brand Ambassador and Affiliate programme.

More recently the 'behind the scene' outsourced learning and development area for corporates, charities and franchises was launched. This allows hosting for L&D, skills and mandatory training, onboarding and policies and procedures files all linking back to client websites.

A number of UK businesses, educational establishments and training companies are now trialling or engaging the platform for their own eLearning programmes and companies such as Vissensa, GC Youth People Index, A Better Place to Work, Digital Circus and Mixxa are all choosing to host their training schools with this new and exciting platform.

Local business owner Barbara Cox said: “I’m a fan” having been supported to develop her own academy online.

Academy is set for substantial growth again in 2021 after securing the UK distribution rights of 250 training courses for New Zealand specialists Learning Planet. Offering short video training to corporate teams, Academy will have a range of commercial training to add to the already incredible range of courses being released in eight parts over the next few months.

Aspire4Business Academy has been successful in marketing the eLearning programmes for a wide range of clients including leadership, coaching, wellbeing, lifestyle, hospitality, training and education with a focused national and international marketing campaign planned for launch early next year too.

In The Business Magazine's South Coast Tech Awards 2020, Aspire4Business Academy were finalists in two of the categories including 'Tech Start-up' and 'South Coast Tech Company', sponsored by Blake Morgan LLP and BDB Pitmans respectively.
