Hampshire’s Langstone Technology Park, part of the BEST Network portfolio, has strengthened its senior commercial team with the appointment of Todd LePage as location manager.
LePage is employed by national facilities and property management specialists Fasset, which has been the sole property and facilities management company at the 40-acre business park for over 15 years.
LePage will head up the 80-strong customer service delivery team that encompasses housekeeping, security, logistics, postal and reception services.
As the main tenant liaison, he is responsible for delivering an exceptional standard of soft services to over 4,000 employees daily.
LePage has a wealth of experience within the leisure industry where he has held senior operational, management and leadership roles. Most recently, he was spa director at award-winning luxury spa destination Grayshott Leisure.
