Understanding the importance of workplace engagement and genuinely valuing its people are just two of the reasons why Reading-based HSO has been ranked in this year's Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.

The rankings were announced at an awards dinner and HSO, which has offices in Green Park, Reading,  as well as Manchester and Glasgow, was placed at 25th in the overall list as well as Best Improver for employee engagement in 2019.

David Little, managing director, HSO Enterprise Solutions, said: “We are thrilled to achieve such a high ranking in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list, and see it as a testament to the positive company values we have established across the UK offices. We believe that an engaged workforce is more motivated and productive because people take pride in what they are doing and have faith in those around them. This leads to better working relationships, greater collaboration and ultimately a more successful organisation. Our culture is based on engaging and empowering our employees and I would like to thank them all for the part they have played in achieving this prestigious accolade.”

Jonathan Austin, CEO & founder of Best Companies added: “I would like to congratulate HSO on its achievement. Best Companies have been producing the Accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Organisations like HSO have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a best company to work for.”

HSO is a leading provider of innovative enterprise business solutions that improve the results of our clients. It specialises in implementing, integrating, optimising and maintaining ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and providing managed services to multinational enterprises in retail, distribution, manufacturing and services.
