Reading: Fairsail kicks off 2014 with record quarter

Fairsail, the leader in global workforce collaboration, today announced its best ever quarter in company history as it closed out 2013 on a high tide of new sales wins.

For the year, the privately-held Fairsail recorded a 200% increase in top line sales, reflecting an increased appetite for cloud-based HR and HCM solutions capable of dealing with globally-dispersed workforces. New marquee names included companies in sectors ranging from legal to gaming, networking and food processing, domestic services to electronic manufacturing. Most notably, further acquisitions of technology customers is indicative of Fairsail’s growing dominance in the sector.

The company, which opened its new headquarters in Reading early in 2013, now supports nearly 120,000 users, with an increasing amount of customers having over 3,000 employees. Fairsail’s expansion has been truly international, as customers appreciated the truly global nature of its software – something the company has focused on from the start. New international customer, Roto-Rooter Services, which operates in 50 US states and Canada signed up in 2013.

To make such significant progress in 2013, Fairsail went up against all the established names in HR software. In one case, it was pitted against 11 competitors and peer-reviewed by senior IT professionals and analysts.
