Fast-growing Lorica Insurance Brokers has moved to new offices on the prestigious Arlington Business Park in Theale near Reading, to spearhead further growth along the M4 corridor area.
Branch director Jim Cadle said Lorica’s eight-strong team move into the new facility at the beginning of January was a “statement of intent that the Reading branch will continue to be the hub of the company’s Thames Valley insurance broking activity for the foreseeable future.”
He said Lorica, which provides a wide range of insurance broking services to business and private clients throughout the UK, had outgrown its current Imperial Way address where it had been for a year, and needed a modern space to reflect the company’s culture and meet its objective of becoming one of the leading brokers in the region.
"Lorica’s business model is different in that our success is strongly focused on talent," he added. "We look to recruit successful and experienced brokers and give them the support they need to prosper. We believe it’s essential to provide the best possible working environment for our staff, and the Arlington Business Park development – which is well positioned on the major road network – fits the bill perfectly.”
Lorica currently employs over 135 staff in eight locations across England.
