Marlow’s Ciphr bolsters board with new CMO
Marlow-based SaaS HR provider Ciphr has officially appointed Chris Boddice to the position of CMO, following a brief interim period he spent on the board.
In the new role Chris will be responsible for the company’s marketing functions and demand-gen activities, evolving its branding and driving brand awareness.
He brings to Ciphr decades of marketing experience with technology firms such as Tes, Dotdigital, and most recently ContentCal, a social media management startup acquired by Adobe last year.
As Marketing Director at ContentCal, Chris scaled the marketing team from two to seven people to help accelerate business growth, product innovation, and investment funding, all while overseeing the brand’s strategic repositioning.

“An expert in his field, with a proven track record of success, his highly relevant skillset, experience, and perspective will be invaluable to helping the Ciphr business to grow and to drive growth for our customers.”
