Marlow’s Ciphr acquires Marshall E-Learning
Marlow-based SaaS HR provider Ciphr has acquired specialist diversity and inclusion online learning provider Marshall E learning.
The value of the deal is as of yet undisclosed.
This acquisition is indicative of Ciphr’s growth as one of the UK’s leading providers of integrated HR and learning management solutions. The deal reflects Ciphr’s strategy to acquire UK businesses that strengthen its core HCM offering whilst simultaneously expanding the company’s customer offering.

For Marshall E Learning this acquisition means exposure for their diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias training and consultancy to an even wider range of organisations.
Over two million people have been trained by Marshalls to date, including employees at: Prudential Group, Bank of England, and NHS Employers amongst many others.
