IRIS Software Group named as Core Leader in Cloud HR
IRIS Software Group has been named as Core Leader in Cloud HR on the Fosway 2022 9-Grid.
The 9-Grid is a market analysis model used to understand the relative positions of solution providers in the learning and talent systems market.
Datchet-based software company IRIS featured in the grid for two successive years, moving from ‘Strong Performer’ 2021 to ‘Core Leader’ in the latest analysis.
Being a Core Leader shows IRIS’ high level of customer advocacy and the strong market position of its HR software solutions.
Stephanie Coward, IRIS Software Group’s Managing Director for HCM, said: “The past year has seen numerous trends completely transform how HR professionals operate.
“The great resignation, the cost-of-living crisis, as well as the looming recession have all impacted what employees now expect and demand out of their employer, so ensuring our products and services enable HR professionals to meet those needs has been front of mind.
“We're delighted to be recognised as a Core Leader in cloud HR and we will look to accelerate our position in the Core Leader Zone by ensuring our road map continues to take the pain out of processes for all HR teams.”

IRIS’ Fosway positioning rests on its current product offerings, such as Staffology, IRIS' 'out-of-the-box’ cloud-based HR and payroll application, IRIS Cascade, the fully-integrated and highly tailorable HR and Payroll System, and its HR Marketplace of trusted HR and business application partners, including Networx, Allocate and Workfinder.
IRIS is now hoping to strengthen its position on the Fosway 9-Grid for Cloud HR by adding functionality to both its payroll and HR offerings as part of its future road map.
David Wilson, CEO of Fosway Group, said: "In the face of multiple macro challenges, HR teams are under pressure to deliver improved people operations.
“IRIS’ progression to Core Leader reflects the company’s focus on delivering the tools to make that happen, giving HR teams what they need to enable the change that organisations are looking to make.”
