C-suiters among 10 new hires at Thame software firm three rocks
Hospitality software provider three rocks has brought on 10 new employees following a six-month period of sustained growth, taking the team up to 38.
Among the latest appointments are CTO Matthew Rawlins and chief data officer Andrew Kaplan, both of whom will help to grow the data and software arms of the business.
The Oxfordshire firm has seen a marked increase in both turnover and client base over the past half-year – driven in part by the launch of its new experience management solution, three rocks XMS.
This ‘pick-and-mix’ of various technologies includes digital booking systems, self-service kiosks, restaurant order management solutions, and CRM and data analysis processes.
Matthew said: “It’s an honour to be part of the three rocks team.
“It’s great to see us achieving such rapid growth and a pleasure to welcome so many talented new people into the business to help drive it forward.”
Other new roles for the business include data team lead, entry level data engineer, project manager, software developers, DevOps engineer and QA tester.
Scott Muncaster, MD of three rocks, added: “Despite the growing pressures on many in the hospitality market, we’ve been fortunate to see continued growth.
“The team has worked extremely hard, and the introduction of fresh talent has further expanded our service offering.
“I extend a warm welcome to our new team members and I’m excited to see what we can achieve together in 2024 and beyond.”
