Banbury electric car hire firm expands to nearby villages
Zimbl, a Banbury-based electric car hire firm, has announced it is expanding into a number of villages near to the Oxfordshire town.
The expansion, which comes after the firm ran a number of open days in Deddington evidenced the demand for the service, brings Zimbl to Deddington, Adderbury, Bloxham, Clifton, Hempton, Barford St Michael and Barford St John.
Using the company’s app, customers can book vehicles for as little as an hour, increasing in 30 minute increments.
Zimbl co-founder Richard Devitt said: "Our expansion to these villages will mean that the people, so often excluded from the latest services and opportunities, will have the same access to those who live in Banbury itself.”
