Reading-based not-for-profit community interest company, The Curious Lounge, has introduced two new skills bootcamps through its training division: The Curious Academy.

Supported by funding from the Berkshire LEP, these new courses will offer employers in the region an affordable option to develop the skills of their teams.

The 16-week bootcamps offer flexibility through a mix of in-person and virtual learning, with participants attending three hours of in-person learning at The Curious Lounge in Reading along with three hours of virtual live sessions each week.

Course fees are scaled based on company size, ensuring a valuable opportunity for professional development while balancing work commitments. Employees enrolled in the Skills Bootcamps will also benefit from a year of access to The Curious Lounge's study zone, allowing them to continue their learning journey.
