Fairsail, the leader in global workforce collaboration, has appointed a new non-executive director. Adam Hale will join the fast-growing Reading-based HR software company, bringing with him expertise from a successful 30 years in the technology industry.
Hale will act in an advisory capacity at Fairsail, alongside his role as head of software for Russell Reynolds Associates, leading executive head-hunters, where he is a member of the European Board Practice. Prior to this, Hale was chairman of the Technology Leadership Group of The Prince’s Trust, the UK’s leading corporate initiative for the technology, media and telecoms industries.
He brings a strong passion for technology, having started out as a mainframe operator and programmer in 1983 before completing a degree in computer science. He joined what has become Accenture in 1987 and spent 10 years there; working on major consulting projects with financial services clients before moving onto the outsourcing arm of the business.
