Blake Lapthorn, one of the leading law firms in the South East, has extended its partnership with Copyrite Business Solutions. The firm has already been relying on Copyrite for 20 years for the supply, support and maintenance of multi-functional peripherals (MFPs), software and technical support.

"By delivering integrated solutions Copyrite has offered real value for money," said Vivien Eaden, Blake Lapthorn’s IT director.

“Copyrite's director, Ian Stewart, understood how much we spent on print and the potential for real savings, and print management software Papercut was recommended in order to reduce the amount of waste and establish a set of rules to reduce print costs."

Stewart commented: “Blake Lapthorn considered other print management and cost recovery solutions but ease of use was an important factor. Since Copyrite supplies Blake Lapthorn with the machines, and provides the software and technical support, we can ensure that everything runs smoothly and the business operates effectively on a day-to-day basis.

"We have implemented Papercut software in a number of other law firms, and all have achieved reduced costs."

Eaden added: “I view Copyrite as an extension to our own IT team. They are friendly and reliable, and the arrangement ensures we get value for money from all the devices.”
