Reading: Boyes Turner employs heavyweight
Boyes Turner has appointed leading banking partner John Barker from Osborne Clarke to head up their Banking & Finance group.
Having qualified at Norton Rose and been a partner at Osborne Clarke since 2002, Barker brings a wealth of experience in advising banks, venture capitalists and borrowers on the full range of financing transactions including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, cross border lending, invoice discounting, asset leasing and derivatives.
Ranked as a leading individual in banking & finance by the legal industry’s leading directory Chambers UK, he is described by clients as “great technically and a pleasure to work with”. His appointment will further strengthen Boyes Turner’s market leading real estate and corporate finance practices.
