New Partners - Reeds Solicitors

Oxford headquartered law firm, Reeds Solicitors LLP has promoted three partners, five senior associates, and a further five associates across its regional offices including two partners and a senior associate in Oxford.

Oxford based criminal solicitors Scott Primmer and Nathan Seymour-Hyde have been promoted to the firm’s partnership while Alison Page has been promoted to senior associate in the family department.

Head of the firm’s Fare Evasion department, partner Nathan Seymour-Hyde has built a notable niche practice in seeking out of court settlements in fare evasion cases.

Managing partner Jan Matthews, said: "We are pleased to welcome Scott and Nathan to the partnership; their promotions are richly deserved following their leadership in the creation and development of their respective teams. The pair has also together formed and lead the Reeds Business Development Unit, which is spearheading our expansion into new areas of work. We are especially proud to see another former Reeds trainee (Scott Primmer) promoted to Partnership."

Scott and Nathan are joined by Beth Mantel from the Manchester office who was also promoted to the partnership bringing the total number of partners across all offices to 15. Beth has experience in advising clients in relation to conspiracies regarding drugs, robbery, murder, and serious violence; as well as drug importations, firearm offences; and high value fraud, money laundering, and confiscation proceedings.

Other promotions include Joanna Benn, Emma Ćojder, Jemma Michaelson, and Jess Reddy being promoted to senior associate, while Isabelle Sly, Lucy Wandrum, Steven Maynard, Rachel Oakley, and Jessica Cantu have been promoted to associate.  This latest round of promotions marks the first since the implementation of the Reeds Career Progression Framework, which provides clear objectives to those who wish to progress through our career structure, and the Reeds Academy which provides training in pursuit of that goal, as well as more general professional development.
