These are the Magazine Subscription Terms and Conditions of The Business Magazine Group Limited, trading as The Business Magazine (the ‘Company’, the ‘Publisher’). SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions will start with the next available issue of the edition purchased.

Magazine subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of your subscription period. The Business Magazine will contact you before the end of your fixed subscription period to enquire about extending your subscription.

If the number of issues that form a subscription period are adjusted mid-subscription, The Business Magazine will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.

The Business Magazine reserve the right to adjust the number of issues that form a subscription period at any time.

DELIVERY

Delivery is included in the price of the magazine subscription package.

The Business Magazine will deliver products to the postal address you specified when placing your order and will not be held responsible for failure to deliver the products if an incorrect postal address was supplied.

Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of your first subscription issue

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations of a magazine subscription are not permitted until the end of the fixed subscription period.

Magazine subscriptions do not automatically renew, therefore notice of cancellation will not be required.

If you receive an incorrect product(s) (different to that listed on your order confirmation), please contact The Business Magazine. The Business magazine will use all reasonable efforts to provide the correct product to you and a partial or full refund may be offered at The Business Magazine’s discretion.
