Ellis Jones, a law firm with offices in Bournemouth, Ringwood, and Poole, has announced that one of its trainees has qualified as a fully-fledged employment law solicitor.

Dayna Rodrigues will now be working with the employment law team where her focus will be primarily assisting employees and/or ex-employees with employment law and HR-related problems.

She is the latest solicitor to complete her training contract and bolsters the strength of the award-winning law firm.

Nigel Smith, Ellis Jones Solicitors’ Managing Partner, said: “We assist our clients with advice on the employment and HR challenges that always come with running companies large and small.

“Dayna is the second trainee to qualify as a solicitor with us in the past few weeks, Clémentine Saulnier having qualified into the Business Services team, and shows how effective our training contracts are in producing talented legal professionals in-house.”
