Two new partners in Clarke Willmott's expanding housebuilder team
Two new partners have joined the fast-growing housebuilder team at national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP.
Victoria Morley-Jones is a partner in the home sales team and is based in the firm’s Taunton office. She has 18 years of experience in the sector and specialises in new home sales, property development, development infrastructure, affordable and social housing and all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Alistair Wallworth has joined Clarke Willmott as a commercial property partner in Bristol. He has a focus on residential development and strategic land and was previously a partner at Thrings in Bristol.

It is regarded as a leading adviser to the residential development sector, acting for many of the UK’s largest volume housebuilders as well as for strategic land companies, smaller traditional builders and niche start-up ventures.
