Canada Life, on behalf of Irish Life Assurance, has sold the Wells Court office campus in Woking.
Marson Property paid £7.25 million for the 38,194 sq ft campus, according to Hurst Warne, which advised Canada Life on the sale.
Wells Court is located approximately 1.5 miles north east of Woking Town Centre. At the time of the sale, Unit 1 was let to CSG International, and Something Big let Unit 3. The 16,375 sq ft Unit 2, which had been fully refurbished, was vacant.
Simon Fitch, director at Hurst Warne, said “We are delighted to have achieved such a positive result for Canada Life on the sale of Wells Court. The disposal generated a good level of interest from a variety of different sectors which demonstrates the attractiveness of Woking as a place to do business. Having been involved in a number of building sales in Woking over the last 24 months, Hurst Warne were ideally placed to advise on the sale and maximise receipts.”
Marson Property acted on its own behalf.
