Following a hugely successful start to the first quarter of 2017 which saw 152,000 sq ft of completed deals, PATRIZIA UK, manager of Winnersh Triangle, has announced that Hanse Orga is the latest new occupier to join its award-winning business park.

Relocating from its current premises in Windsor, the leading independent software and consulting firm for treasury management and bank reconciliation solutions, has taken 2,579 sq ft of high quality office space at 125 Wharfedale Road. The five-year lease will see Hanse Orga occupy the ground floor.

Kevin Grant, executive board member, said: “We are delighted to establish a permanent home for our UK operations in a location that provides excellent onsite facilities, and a variety of transportation options to the remainder of the UK.”

Welcoming Hanse Orga, PATRIZIA UK’s Emily Cook, asset manager, said: “With over 330 employees in seven locations, we are delighted that Hanse Orga has chosen Winnersh Triangle from which to base its UK operations.

“The firm’s relocation from Windsor demonstrates the appeal of the park’s ability to cater for growing businesses looking for flexible, highly accessible space that is well located with close proximity to excellent transport connections and varied amenities.

“Reading and its surrounds are fast becoming the location of choice for many digital companies as the area builds on its reputation as the fastest growing digital hub outside of London.”

Winnersh Triangle, winner of Property Deal of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards 2017, provides circa 1.5 million square feet of office, technology, science, R&D and amenity space.

Exceptionally well connected by road just off junction 10 of the M4, Winnersh Triangle also benefits from its own train station. On-site amenities include a four-star hotel with restaurant, café, conference facilities and a range of leisure facilities, plus a retail store, and nursery.

Winnersh Triangle was acquired in July 2013 with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management and real-estate investor PATRIZIA UK. JLL, Strutt & Parker and Vail Williams deal with leasing enquiries for the Park.
