A new letting at St Georges Chambers in Winchester has been completed. Avask Accounting has relocated to the offices, which comprise 1,133 sq ft and are situated on the first floor of this premium building adjacent to Barclays Bank.

Allan Pickering of Goadsby Commercial Winchester, which completed the letting, commented: "This most recent letting demonstrates a continued demand for prime office space within Winchester, where there continues to be a shortage of stock, and we are delighted to report that the building is now fully occupied, maximising our client's investment in the property."
