Award-winning Wyatt Homes, which is based in Poole and develops luxury homes and apartments across Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset, has renewed its contract with Town & Country. The Bournemouth-based telecommunications provider will maintain its mobile and landline communications for another two years.

Wyatt Homes has relied on Town & Country to provide its 40 members of staff with reliable and modern communications for the past 12 years. Part of the unique arrangement with Wyatt Homes is for Town & Country to set up and install lines and broadband in to portacabins and sales offices on the many sites that Wyatt Homes is developing. This entails full project management from start to finish liaising with different BT/Openreach departments and site managers to enable successful installation of lines and broadband.

Jacey Butler, sales manager at Town & Country, said: “In this situation, we can offer clients flexible and temporary installations without long-term contracts as some of their new sites are only operational for six months. And as we have a direct relationship with BT wholesale, we are able to offer wholesale prices for installations, monthly line rentals and call charges so can pass these savings onto the client.

“We carry out a review on the account usage every six months to ensure the current plan is offering value for money and is in line with our clients' requirements. With Wyatt Homes, we have been able to look at their phone usage – both mobile and landline – and make them considerable cost savings by changing them to SIM-only packages for example as this allows us to reduce the customer’s line rental based on actual usage and create a substantial saving.”
