A six-acre site in Mere, Wiltshire, just off the A303, has come to market with outline planning consent for industrial/warehouse use.

A 100,000 sq ft building for Hill Brush has just been completed on the adjoining site and the developer is now ready to sell plots from 0.5 acres upwards to owner occupiers interested in building their own detached buildings.

Design-and-build packages are also available for units of between 10,000 and 100,000 sq ft.

Chris Wilson, director of Goadsby, which is marketing the site, commented: “This is a rare opportunity for companies to secure their own plots in a very attractive surrounding with extremely good road connections.”
