COSMO is the latest in the line-up of exciting restaurants and bars set to open in time for the festive season in the new dining and leisure development at Southampton’s Watermark WestQuay. The group has invested £1 million in the 10,000 sq ft premises, creating over 70 full and part-time jobs.

The family-friendly, all-you-can-eat restaurant opens on December 5, seats 300 diners, and offers a menu with over 150 freshly-cooked dishes, ranging from authentic Italian and Asian dishes to a delicious English roast, all at one set price.

The critically-acclaimed restaurant group rivals high-end buffet restaurants more commonly found in five-star hotels, popular in the Far East. With more than 17 locations in major cities across the UK and Ireland, Southampton’s Watermark WestQuay will be the latest addition to the growing COSMO family.

There will be something for everyone’s taste, whether it’s pasta, pizza, curry or Chinese, while exotic teppanyaki and sushi add a Japanese flavour. The deli dishes, such as seafood platter and tortilla nachos, are ideal for a lighter bite or a sharing starter.

The Tasting Kitchen offers one-pot wonders including chilli con carne, shepherd’s pie and moussaka, while the mouthwatering hand-carved roast meats come with traditional accompaniments of Yorkshire puddings, vegetables and roast potatoes.

To finish off there’s an excellent choice of divine desserts and special bar offers on cocktails, beers and fizz – all ready to welcome the Christmas party crowd.

Guests can watch their meals being prepared on COSMO’s live cooking stations before relaxing for a tasty lunch or a fabulous night out.
