In a landmark deal, Whiteley-based RoyaleLife, the UK’s largest bungalow provider, has appointed national estate agency network Sequence Group as its sole selling agent.

With a heritage dating back to 1945, RoyaleLife is delivering luxury gated bungalow developments, exclusively for the over 45s, in some of the UK’s most attractive regions.

Now RoyaleLife homes will be showcased at the Sequence Group’s offices across the country which operate under 12 different trading brands, one for each specific locality.

To make moving to a bungalow as straightforward as possible and release valuable cash for the customer, RoyaleLife has gained an enviable reputation for its Home Part Exchange scheme. This gives purchasers 100% market value of their current home so, if their current home is valued at £450,000, and a RoyaleLife bungalow is valued at £300,000, that will leave the buyer with a surplus of £150,000 cash.

As added incentives, RoyaleLife also takes care of the estate agents’ and solicitors’ fees as well as any stamp duty. And with all the homes fully furnished with all home comforts and the very best appliances, there will be no large-scale removal fees.

Locations for RoyaleLife’s developments include Cambridgeshire, Cornwall, Dorset, Essex, Hampshire, Kent, Norfolk, Rutland, and their surrounding areas offering the very best of coast and country.

In an exclusive deal Sequence Group is charged with bringing to market RoyaleLife’s latest collection of brand new, high quality, and fully furnished single storey homes.

Speaking from RoyaleLife’s Whiteley headquarters marketing director Ben Smith, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with market leader Sequence Group. While we will continue to have sales centres at our developments, we can use Sequence Group’s national presence to bring our exclusive homes to an even bigger audience.”

He explained: “RoyaleLife provides a solution to a nationwide shortage of single storey living and we have no doubt showcasing our developments with Sequence Group in a mutually beneficial relationship, will only add to our homes’ desirability. Customers will also be safe in the knowledge that they’re being looked after by the best in the country.”

Jason Howes, new homes managing director at Sequence Group, which has 320 offices across the country, said: “We are thrilled to have been appointed as the sole residential agent marketing RoyaleLife’s unique and extensive range of developments. As a substantial company RoyaleIife has an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality homes and the very best of customer service … so we are very much looking forward to providing flexible and affordable options for the over 45s wanting to move into a new home.”

He added: “As well as utilising the strength of our national network, we will work with RoyaleLife to make a customer’s move as seamless and stress free as possible.”

Prices start from £165,000 with the option to utilise the Part Exchange scheme.  For further information, visit the RoyaleLife website:
