Well known Worcester estate agency moves to out of town offices
A Worcestershire estate agency, which underwent a management buyout in June, has moved from central Worcester to the Spetchley Estate, just outside Worcester off the A44 towards Stratford.
The relocation of Andrew Grant Estate Agents is part of the first phase of development under the company’s new ownership and allows room for further growth of the business and ample room for meetings and collaboration.
The new building is in Cupola Court on the estate, approximately 3 miles from Worcester City Centre on the A44 with easy access to the M5 at Junction 6. It was formerly occupied by vacuum cleaner manufacturer GTech before the company moved into its purpose built HQ down the road.
Director Anneke Babber said, “the new offices are the start of a new era for our team and for our clients, Andrew Grant 2020 is an exciting and extensive project aimed at providing an industry leading level of customer service. Going forward we are investing in customer-focused cutting-edge technology that will uniquely support the service our clients receive as well as significantly improving outcomes."
Meanwhile founder Andrew Grant who remains as a consultant with the revised business said: “I am delighted to see a lifetime of endeavour progressing into a new and exciting model that fits together a new age and established values”.
Last year the company said it was closing a number of its outlets, saying high street offices are no longer much needed and centralising operations would help it cover a bigger patch. It said that it would establish a ‘hub’ style of agency, with staff visiting clients rather than the other way around.
