Vail Williams’ Woking office has appointed a new Partner, Maria Hoadley.

Commercial property specialist, Maria joins Vail Williams from Maidenhead’s Kempton Carr Croft, where she held the position of Head of Office and Industrial. She also has previous experience at De Souza Property Consultants and Altus Group.

At Vail Williams, Maria works in the agency team across the Surrey and Thames Valley regions, focusing on property acquisitions and disposals, specialising in corporate occupancy advice, leasing and general corporate property advice.

Surrey Regional Managing Partner Geoff Fallon said: “Maria brings 30 years of commercial property experience to Vail Williams and I am glad to have been able to appoint her to our agency team.

“Throughout her career, she has dealt with the acquisition and disposal of industrial and office property on behalf of owners and occupiers across the Thames Valley and M4/M3 corridor.

“She has hit the ground running and is already immersed in the Vail Williams culture and has fitted in with the team seamlessly. She will have a big role to play in our future as we continue to increase market share across the regions.”

Maria said: “I am both excited and humbled to have been appointed by such a go-ahead and vibrant firm as Vail Williams. My challenge is to maintain the second-to-none client service for which the firm is renowned.

“It is an excellent place to work and the friendly, professional and hard-working Surrey and Thames Valley agency team have made me feel very welcome. I will certainly be striving to match their enthusiasm, work ethic and deal success.”
