Vail Williams makes two senior promotions in Bournemouth
Vail Williams, a property consultancy with offices across the South East, has made two senior promotions in its Bournemouth office.
Gary Jefferies, previously regional managing partner at the firm, has now joined the company’s executive board. His promotion leaves a space which will be filled by Russell Miller, the second of the promotions.
Matthew Samuel-Camps, Managing Partner, said: “The promotions of Gary and Russell in Hampshire, both highly respected figures, are very much deserved.
“Gary joins the Board having successfully led our South Coast region for the last three years, growing the team to an unassailed number one position in terms of size and market share.

Vail Williams’ Bournemouth office was formed in March of 2021, following a merger with Cowling & West. The 169-staff firm has also relocated three of its regional offices in the last six months, and has reported continued growth and increased turnover in its end-of-financial year reports.
Matthew added: “Over the past year we have grown significantly, both in turnover and headcount, and our business trajectory remains on an upward curve, thanks to the convergence of several factors – the successful delivery of our three-year business plan, the investment we continue to make in our people and operations, and most importantly, the loyalty of our clients.”
