Vail Williams acted for FTSE 100 company Landsec in a series of lettings at Gunwharf Quays.

The Landsec owned office suites, which range in size from 699 sq ft to 2,476 sq ft, are being let to a number of companies, including construction and engineering equipment hire company Resolve, game development studios Freejam Games and Climax Studios, and recruitment company Dawson Levy.

All of the units are on the second floor above the canal side, with the 2,476 sq ft Rawlings suite located immediately ahead of the landmark 170-metre Spinnaker Tower.

Senior surveyor for Vail Williams Matt Cureton said: “Gunwharf Quays is one of the premier lifestyle locations on the South Coast, with occupiers drawn to the waterfront, as well as doorstep proximity to the shops, bars, restaurants, mainline railway station, ferries, historic attractions and city centre.

“The development has more than 90 premium outlet stores and 30-plus restaurants, so office workers can step outside straight into the entertainment.

“Given the location, we anticipate keen occupier interest in the one available office suite and, when refurbishment is completed, in the other two suites.”
