Uxbridge: Tech firm Validity takes space at Charter Building
Landid has signed tech firm Validity for 8,500 sq ft at The Charter Building in Uxbridge. Validity had originally based itself in Spaces, the co-working provider at The Charter Building and has now taken a conventional lease on the first floor of The Charter Building.
As part of the lease agreement, Landid provided a fit-out for the space.
Insight Enterprises recently took 18,500 sq ft at the building.
Validity and Insight join coffee group Lavazza, tech firms TraceLink and Jazz Networks, and flexible workspace provider Spaces at the building.
Caffé Kix is operating on ground floor.
James Silver, Landid managing director, said: “The fact that Validity originally arrived in The Charter Building as one of the many innovative small businesses in Spaces is really exciting. They used the co-working environment to build their business and now we’re able to provide them with a bespoke contemporary workspace to further facilitate their growth. The Charter Building brings a completely new kind of design-led contemporary office space to Uxbridge and we are very excited about the dynamic mix businesses that are now making the building their home.”
Developed by Landid, The Charter Building is the largest new office development in Uxbridge and is located close to Uxbridge underground station.
