Unoccupied Thames Water offices in Reading set for redevelopment
The offices at Rose Kiln Court, off Rose Kiln Lane in Reading, could face demolition as part of development plans that are currently in the application phase.
These buildings were formerly home to Thames Water until the company left the site in October 2020.
Plans, if approved, will be for one occupant on one unit, a second unit with four commercial premises, and three commercial premises in the third unit.
