Two refurbished office parks in Hampshire now fully let
Two modern office parks in Hampshire are now fully let, said Flude Property Consultants and Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell.
The Mountbatten Business Centre in Southampton and The Briars in Waterlooville can house around 50 occupiers across 70,000 sq ft of office space. The accommodation suits office, studio, research and light assembly uses.
Both are now fully let on behalf of privately-owned The Malins Group, whose portfolio consists of around 750 units with an asset value over £120 million across the UK.

Flude director Sebastian Martin said: "Over the last two quarters we have seen good demand for this type of office space, which is flexible and affordable for occupiers looking to move into their first office or downsizing.
"The landlord has been proactive with refurbishing the available space and quick to get interested tenants into the units."
Both sites have benefitted from the changes in the planning system, allowing them to be occupied by a range of uses without the need to apply for change of use, creating a larger applicant pool.
Many of the units also benefit from Small Business Rate Relief, which has incentivised occupiers who are very cost conscious.
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell Director Tom Holloway added: "As the market has evolved, so has our client’s ability to structure flexible deals that has enabled the two sites to become fully let. In this market that is some achievement."
