Trebor Developments completes major Bristol industrial development
Trebor Developments and its partner, Hillwood, have announced the practical completion of Central Approach, a speculative industrial development in Severnside, Bristol that offers 113,573sq ft space in an area of high demand.
The unit benefits from the full range of industrial use classes and features warehouse space on the ground floor and first-floor office space. Located close to the new M49 junction, the site is within easy reach of the M5 and M4 motorways.
The new development also includes a 107,660 sq ft building pre-let to Oxford Instruments, bringing the scheme’s total project value to £45m.
The development sits within Western Approach Distribution Park in the Severnside area of Bristol, where occupiers include national and international names such as Tesco, Royal Mail, Amazon, Wincanton, Lidl and The Range.
James Drew, Development Director at Trebor Developments, “We’re delighted to announce the completion of our latest industrial scheme, which offers high quality accommodation in the South West’s premier industrial location,” said James Drew, Development Director at Trebor Developments.
The unit is being marketed by joint agents CBRE and Colliers.
Philip Cranstone, Director and Head of Industrial and Logistics for CBRE in the South West, added: “As demand for industrial and logistics space continues to outstrip the significantly constrained supply, we’re anticipating a lot of interest in the remaining space at Central Approach now that it’s immediately available to occupy.”
Tom Watkins, Director and Head of Industrial and Logistics for Colliers in the South West, added: “It’s been a delight to work on this scheme from start to finish. The unit presents really well and it’s a testament to the quality of the Trebor product. The specification and size plugs a gap in the Bristol market and we are confident this unit will be well received by occupiers.”
