Theale: Clarify expands into new headquarters

Business development specialist Clarify, which works with some of the largest technology brands in the UK and globally, will relocate to 9000 sq ft of office space at Arlington Business Park, Theale this month.

The company which generates over $0.5 billion of pipeline revenue for its roster of global tech brands, currently employs over 80 full-time staff and this number is expected to increase significantly within the next 12 months as the business continues to expand.

For us workplace design is an investment; our aim has been to create an inspiring office space with design and amenities on a par with London, to help us to attract and retain, enthuse and inspire local talent. We are starting to see a trend towards more people opting to work here in the Thames Valley for an improved work-life balance, as opposed to commuting into the city.”

Clarify’s Waterside office space is light and airy, striking a balance between open-plan workstations and a variety of meeting spaces. The layout is designed to reflect the company culture with soft rooms, collaborative meeting spaces, non-confidential meeting rooms, study space for snappy meetings or reflective reading and a dedicated state-of-the-art training facility - all supported by superfast full coverage WIFI. 

Clarify wanted to create an office space that felt open and inclusive not only for staff but for clients too; who will be encouraged to work from the site. The Arrivals Lounge offers a window into the heart of the business and also houses the Coffee Shop, which is expected to become the social hub along with the large canteen area and games room for downtime. 

The offices have been designed with a focus on wellbeing – not only with natural light and an energising colour scheme; the design reflects the balance between people interaction, enforcing movement and collaboration. The design by Windsor-based office outfitters Blue Jelly is professional and open but also exhibits the latest thinking and philosophies around wellbeing.

The office is set within landscaped grounds against the lake backdrop. There is ample staff parking and Theale station is less than a 10-minute walk.
