The Business Magazine partners with the South Coast Commercial Property Show
The Business Magazine today announced a partnership with the South Coast Commercial Property Show to celebrate the sector.
The collaboration will highlight the investment and development opportunities in the South Coast and celebrate the people and organisations that are driving change through The Business Magazine website, through its social media channels and newsletters.
The 3rd South Coast Commercial Property Show, sponsored by Spectrum Workplace, will be bringing together the key stakeholders along the South Coast and will take place at Hilton Hotel, Ageas Bowl, Hedge End on Thursday 6th October 2022.

The event will explore the opportunities and challenges facing the sector in an era of remote working, evolving High Streets and how the South Coast’s towns and cities are attracting investment.
The show will appeal, in particular, to companies that are looking to relocate their companies to the South Coast or are currently operating in the region and are keen for ideas when it comes to future-proofing their businesses.

Speakers include property experts who will provide an update on trends in capital markets, industrial and logistics, offices, retail & leisure, and residential sectors as well from the councils.
The event is supported by the three main property associations in the region; Bournemouth, Southampton and Portsmouth Property Association as well as RICS.
