Lichfields, the Thames Valley-based planning and development consultancy, has promoted Sarah Watts to Associate Director at its Apex Plaza office.

Sarah initially joined the firm as a Planner in 2013, after finishing her Master’s in Development Planning at the University of Reading. She was then promoted to the role of Senior Planner in 2017.

Chief executive James Fennell said: “This promotion reflects the excellent work staff have undertaken for our clients. We have achieved another year of record revenue levels and our promoted staff have played a big part in that success.

“The promotion is extremely well deserved and reflects Lichfields’ continued focus on investing in our staff and in the future growth of the business. All our promotions encapsulate the diversity of talent we have at Lichfields, across all our offices and functions.”
