Roc Search's move to The White Building was named Deal of the Year at last night's CoStar Agency Awards, at London's Le Meridien Piccadilly. The deal for 13,315 sq ft involved Haslams, advising the tenant, and Lambert Smith Hampton, Rare and Savills advising the landlord, Boultbee Brooks RE and CBRE Global Investors.
The deal, completed in May - which meant recruitment specialist Roc Search moving from The Blade to nearby The White Building in Reading - was voted the best in the West London and Thames Valley region. Dealmaker of the Year was Shaun Wolfe of Frost Meadowcroft, the west London commercial property consultants.
The most active agent by availability was JLL, the most active by number of instructions was Duncan Bailey-Kennedy.
