Petra O’Shea of sponsors, Morgan Lovell, said of the awards : “We’re proud at Morgan Lovell to work in a continued partnership with the Thames Valley Property Awards."
Morgan Lovell sponsor The Morgan Lovell Workplace of the Future Award as well as Office Consultancy of the Year, Petra said: “In the Thames Valley and beyond, we’re seeing progressive organisations proactively take control, creating tailor-made future workplaces.
“These offices repeatedly win over ‘reluctant returners’ to the office, enrich meaningful collaboration and result in an emphatic boost to wellbeing and productivity.”
The office place and our built heritage in general has a profound effect on day to day life, wellbeing and how we conduct business. This creates a series of challenges for those working in the sector, particularly in these changing times.
Jo Cunningham of IBB Law (sponsor of Development of the Year) stated: “The Thames Valley property market continues to offer challenges and opportunities. As businesses emerge from the pandemic, they are reviewing their occupational requirements, often looking for less but higher quality, flexible space.
“In the industrial sector, demand for space continues with concerns over a lack of supply. A similar picture in the residential market means that prices have continued to rise. However, uncertainties in the wider economy, and particularly rising inflation, mean that those involved in the market must remain agile.”
Jo added: “The Business Magazine Thames Valley Property Awards provides a platform to recognise and celebrate the hard work and achievements of those working in the property sector. IBB Law is delighted to be supporting these awards again this year.”
William Nassau-Lake, partner and head of the development and house building team at Thames Valley law firm Boyes Turner was like-minded: “It is a privilege to continue to sponsor the Thames Valley Property Awards.
“We look forward both to continuing our partnerships and ongoing dialogue with those in the industry and to learning how the sector will meet the demands of a rapidly changing economic and political landscape.
“No one is immune to these challenges, but the sector is in good shape and we have every confidence that it will continue to flourish in the months and years ahead.
“There is so much talent and activity in this sector within our region and we, at Boyes Turner invite those involved to share their successes by making submissions for Housebuilder of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards.”
We at The Business Magazine invite those in the Property sector to consider nominating themselves, their colleagues and business partners for a Thames Valley Property Award here.
