Thames Valley Property Awards: finalists announced

A highly impressive line-up of finalists has been unveiled in the 2021 Thames Valley Property Awards. Winners in 18 award categories will be revealed during a gala evening of celebrations at the Pavilion, Ascot Racecourse, on 9 December.
The awards are the leading commercial property event in the region, recognising the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers to the success of the sector. They are sponsored by Arena, BP Collins, Boyes Turner, Campbell Gordon, Gateley Legal, Haslams, Hicks Baker, IBB Law, McKay Securities, Morgan Lovell, Rider Levett Bucknall, Savills, SEGRO and Vail Williams.
Commenting on the tough task the judges faced in selecting finalists and winners, Peter Laurie, Senior Adviser at awards organiser The Business Magazine, said: “The last 18 months have been like no other for the property sector and all of our finalists rose to the challenges they came up against. Businesses operating in both the commercial and residential property sectors have had to be agile in seeking new opportunities and these awards recognise their outstanding efforts.”
Finalists, sponsors and other guests will be entertained at the awards by host Marcus Brigstocke, one of the UK’s leading comedy talents. A special Outstanding Contribution of the Year award will be announced on the evening. The other award finalists are listed below.
