Simon Butler has joined the Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) Thames Valley property and asset management team from Carter Jonas. Based in the firm’s Oxford office, he will be responsible for the management of a number of assets in the region for clients such as Rockspring, TIAA Henderson Real Estate, Wesleyan Financial Services, Oxford University and Mayfair Capital Property Unit Trust.

Butler explained why he wanted to join LSH: “I’m looking forward to being part of a lively, focused team and having input into the growth of the property and asset management department in the Thames Valley. I particularly wanted the opportunity to work for a recognised national firm which is clearly growing at a steady rate.”

Colin Theobald, director of property and asset management for LSH, added: “I am delighted to welcome Simon to the Thames Valley team at such an exciting time of growth and expansion in the region. Simon brings with him valued experience in our customer-focused business. Drawing on this experience, he will be instrumental in maximising customer service levels, building relationships and identifying new opportunities for clients.”
