Vail Williams has appointed asset management specialist Emma Guy as partner to support its growing Surrey presence.
Following a short career break to have children, Emma Guy, who is an MRICS qualified surveyor, has joined property consultancy, Vail Williams LLP, to support the firm’s growing asset management team which has gone from a team of 12 to 26 people in the last 10 years.
With 20 years’ experience in all aspects of asset management, leasing and valuation across all property sectors, Guy brings with her a wealth of experience which will strengthen the property consultancy’s asset management offering from Surrey.
Previously a director of asset management for the £6 billion-pound Cadogan Estate in central London, she managed a portfolio of residential, retail and commercial property in Chelsea and Knightsbridge and was responsible for increasing annual rental income across the estate by 58% to £142 million.
Prior to that Guy worked for the Grosvenor Estate as director of lease management where she led a team of 15 people to manage the estate’s retail, office and residential asset management work including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures.
