St Congar gains planning permission to expand Hove development
London-based St Congar has received permission from Brighton & Hove City Council to add an additional 182 dwellings to the already proposed 880 at their Toad’s Hole Valley site in Hove.
The project represents a collaboration between St Congar and its partner Europa Capital, as well as planners Enplan and Vectos, and law firm Eversheds Sutherland.
Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park and overlooking the English Channel, the 40-hectare mixed-use development will go a long way towards meeting the huge demand for housing in the surrounding area.
The expanded plans come as a site previously reserved for a secondary school has recently been made available.
