Southampton’s Frobisher House available following £3m refurbishment
A new suite of long and short term offices spaces is being launched at Nelson Gate in Southampton following a £3 million refurbishment.
The renovation has been managed by FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), which has overseen a full category A fit-out, featuring new electrical and mechanical systems.
Space is available to let on the second, third, fourth and fifth floors of the seven-storey building. The ground and first floors are currently leased by the Department for Work and Pensions, along with ground floor retail space allocated to Co-Op and Subway.

Tim Knowles, founder and Managing Director of FIREM, said: “There is a strong appetite for high quality Grade A office space in Southampton and our investment in Frobisher House will not only help meet this demand but will elevate the market to ensure the bar continues to be raised for businesses based here.
“We have listened to the market to ensure that the space we have created brings a wealth of variety to suit different business needs. Whether it is a start-up that needs one desk for one hour or a growing SME that requires an entire floor for a long-term lease, Frobisher House offers space for businesses of all shapes and sizes.”
Part of the development will soon be allocated to FigFlex Offices, a flexible workspace set to launch in September. FigFlex will offer offices on a short term basis, for as little as one hour at a time.
