Southampton: Senior appointment boosts JLL team

Leading property consultancy JLL has appointed a new associate director to its Southampton office.

Nella Pang previously worked as a senior surveyor at BNP Paribas where she specialised in the industrial, retail and office sectors.

Pang, who is a committee member of the Southampton Property Association, has 10 years of experience in the commercial property sector and has managed assets across the UK for global clients.

With a degree in estate management from the College of Estate Management in Reading, she began her career with Vail Williams in 2004 before spending the past four years at BNP Paribas.

Michael Green, who heads up JLL’s Southampton office, said: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nella Pang. She is a high-calibre team member with an excellent track record.

“Her arrival in the Southampton office, alongside further senior appointments currently underway, strengthens the expertise of the team and is part of JLL’s strategy to grow its regional offices.”

Pang added: “I am very much looking forward to working with JLL and its exciting instruction base, which is one of the largest on the south coast.

“I will be using my experience to successfully maintain and build these client relationships as well as to attract new business to the firm.”

Additional senior appointments are expected to be made shortly as the expansion of the Southampton office continues.
